We understand that sometimes things don't work out, which is why we offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy for your convenience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return it and receive a refund or exchange. However, please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

-Your Bellabi Trends item(s) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days or less of the order date. If you need it rushed, please indicate this request on your purchase order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

- If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.

- Any package returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded. Addresses are not manually entered, therefore the address applied at checkout will be the same address on the shipping label. Bellabi Trends is not responsible for any stolen packages after delivery of packages.
